IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR DATA PRACTICES, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

4.3 Advertising Networks and CCPA “Sharing”

5. SPECIFIC LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY (HARDWARE & SOFTWARE DATA)

While this document governs data privacy, the technical nature of Wiztaqnia requires explicit liability boundaries regarding User-Generated Content:

5.1 Public Disclosure of Technical Data

If you voluntarily submit, upload, or publish “Heartfelt Coding” scripts, “Homebrew electronics” schematics, or any other technical data to public areas of the Platform (such as article comments or guest posts), you acknowledge that this data ceases to be private. Wiztaqnia assumes zero liability for the subsequent scraping, copying, or misuse of this publicly disclosed technical data by third parties.

5.2 Liability Disclaimer for DIY Hardware and Code Execution

Wiztaqnia processes your data to deliver educational tutorials. However, we explicitly disclaim all liability for any physical injury, structural fire, property damage, hardware destruction (“bricking”), or software data loss that occurs as a result of you downloading, executing, or physically building the circuits or code snippets hosted on our servers. You assume absolute, unconditional risk when applying any technical data procured from this Platform.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Wiztaqnia is headquartered and operates its primary databases in Bangalore, India. By utilizing the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal data may be transferred to, processed, and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, or country.

For European Economic Area (EEA) and UK Residents: When we transfer your personal data outside the EEA or the UK to India or other jurisdictions, we guarantee a commensurate level of data protection by strictly implementing Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or by ensuring the destination country has been granted an adequacy decision.

7. DATA SECURITY AND BREACH NOTIFICATION PROTOCOLS

7.3 GDPR Breach Notification

In the event of a verified data breach that poses a significant risk to your fundamental rights and freedoms, Wiztaqnia commits to notifying the affected users and the relevant data protection supervisory authorities within seventy-two (72) hours of achieving reasonable certainty of the breach.

8. STRICT DATA RETENTION POLICIES

We actively enforce data minimization principles and will retain your personal data only for the duration strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy.

  • Account and Profile Data: Retained for the active lifecycle of your account. Upon receiving a verifiable account deletion request, standard PII is permanently purged from our active databases within thirty (30) days.
  • E-Commerce Transactional Data: Retained for a mandatory minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy strict Indian corporate accounting, tax auditing, and legal compliance statutes.

10. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY AND COPPA COMPLIANCE

The Wiztaqnia Platform, encompassing both its e-commerce storefront and its advanced technical educational materials, is strictly and exclusively intended for adult users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process PII from minors. If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover that your minor child has provided us with Personal Data, you must contact us immediately. We will take aggressive, immediate action to expunge such data from our servers.

11. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
